Shipping Policy: 

We contract with UPS and other shipping methods to deliver all our orders. Credit Card approval must be received prior to processing in case.
Declare your shipping address if different from your billing address. 
Orders placed Monday through Friday will usually be shipped the same day, but overnight orders placed after 2 P.M. Eastern Time won't be processed until the following business day. 
Delivery only occurs on Business days-Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Delivery is available on Saturday for an additional fee. 
There are certain holidays that UPS does not pick up or deliver such as Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. 
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping fee will be various by locations. You can choose either UPS or USPS method to ship your orders.
Free Shipping: Over $200 (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).

Return Policy:

We will gladly issue store credit within 15 days of purchase. 
Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping fee. 

Return Conditions:

1. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as we shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returned merchandise. 
2. Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted for return. All returned products must be in full dozen in the original box with tags on.
3. Buyers are responsible for all returned shipping charges.
4. No return accepted after 15 days of purchase.
